Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • 3 tsp Parmasean Cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Djon mustard
  • 5 Tbs flour
  • 3 Tbs finely chopped onion
  • 1 medium shredded potato
  • 1 jumbo egg
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp shredded turkey breast

Directions

  • mix all ingredients together
  • heat oiled frying pan at medium
  • put 1/2 cup of mixture onto pan
  • fry well, until solid throughout
  • make sure both sides at least light brown
  • enjoy
